PAC Player of the Week Alex Schoppen • Sophomore guard/forward • Chatham University Gibsonia, Pa. | Central Catholic Schoppen scored a career-high 37 points and tied a PAC single-game record by knocking down 11-of-12 three-point attempts in Wednesday’s 84-67 win at Geneva. His 37 points are the most scored by a PAC player since 2014 and his 11 three-pointers made are the most in a game since 2004. During Chatham’s 2-0 week Schoppen connected on 81.3 percent (13-of-16) of his three-point attempts and 78.9 percent of his attempts from the field (15-of-19). PAC Rookie of the Week Ethan Moose • Freshman guard/forward • Geneva College New Castle, Pa. | Neshannock Moose averaged 23.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.0 assist and 1.0 block per game while hitting 59.4 percent (19-of-32) of his field goal attempts last week for 1-1 Geneva. He scored a career-high 27 points on 11-of-17 shooting in Wednesday’s 84-67 setback against Chatham.
